A cosy, magical B&B !

Set in luxuriant round, in the middle of a ski frame of more than 200 km of ski slopes and at only 1,5 km from the village and the ski facilities, the B&B “La Terra di Mezzo” is a private and independent flat that preserves all the charm of a true “chalet”. It is located in one of the most fascinating corners of the Lys Valley, just at the borders between Gressoney Saint Jean and Gressoney La Trinité.

In this breathtaking scenery, the guests (max 5) will enjoy a wide variety of spare-time opportunities: having beautiful walks all around, biking tours, fishing, riding climbing, skiing, playing tennis .. or just relaxing in the quietness of the nature having a sunbath in the private garden.

A welcoming and enchanting atmosphere pervades the softened cosy lounge, the modern bathroom with washing-machine, the characteristic tiny Oberon’s Room and the wide and worm Puck’s room. All of them are furnished with natural wood and embellished with the utmost tastefull and elegant attention to details from the Lisco Family. No price added for the use of the new and well-appointed kitchen: we just ask our guests to keep it tidy and clean. Little pets are welcome.
To fix the reservation we ask for a 50% account to be payed by credit card (e-mail or fax or phone us all of your credit card details) or by bank. The settlement will be payed when cheking in (credit cards accepted).
We have special agreements with restaurents in town and on the pists: ask us for more info, prices or discounts. We well also provide the weekly bus ticket: a confortable way to reach the lifts and the villages.

Need transfer from/to the airport? Just contact the Consorzio Gressoney Monterosa:you will be able to choose between a shutte or a taxi.

All costs included (gas, heating, electicity), bath and bed linen, tea and coffee facilities, self-made breakfast and they are intended per room, per night.

Offers:
1) Early booking summer season: if you book within the 30 April with 30% account, you will have -10%discount more; minimum 7 days stay
2) Early booking winter season: if you book within the 30 September, you will have -10% discount more; minimum 7 days stay
3) Long stay : -10% discount on the 2nd week, -18% on the 3rd and -25% on the 4th and following weeks.

These offers ar not valid for the Christmas and New Year Eve Holidays and for the week of the 15th August

To fix the room 50% as account; we ask you to pay the ballance the day of the chek-in.  Sorry, we do not accept CREDIT CARD.

Special Agreements:

Albergo Ristoro Sitten: it is located just in the middle of the pists (2300 mt), on the way to Bettaforca. Special discount* for your lunch or summer dinners. In winter the also organize dinners, but as they can be reached ony with the gondola, you will be taken there with the "Snow cat", a special vehicle that goes on the splopes: a fantastic occasion!
Osteria d'Ejelboden: it is located in Gressoney La Trinitè. They serve simple and homemade courses in a cosy ambient: very familiar! You will have there a discount* on your meals.
Ristorante Hotel Lo Scoiattolo: very easy to be reached, as it is located just in the middle of the village of Gressoney La Trinitè, right to the church. You can ask for the "7 dinners offer" that cost € 140,00 per person (-50% for children aged less than 5) . Big meal with the possibility to choose between internationa, italian and local dishes, big buffet of vegetable, cheeses and homemade desserts. In the same building, at the reception, you can by a single entrance (€12,00 per person) or multi entrance cards to the Fiocco di Neve SPA, tha is just in the nearby building.
